I was recently shopping in the Fairlawn, Ohio store and had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Shannon. She was amazing and efficient. She helped to locate and sort different tile selections and then was ably to lift the tile cases into my cart. At 75, lifting that much weight is a “no go” for me!
