Looks Great, But There Are Some Flaws
My husband and I just built our fireplace with this stone and it turned out to be beautiful! As others mentioned, you’re likely to get a few broken pieces or even a lot of you are buying the corner pieces. We still made them work though. For reference, we covered 55 square feet and our ceilings are 9ft high. We purchased 6 corner packs and 10 flat packs. We used every piece. I will probably fill the gaps between stones with mortar, but otherwise I’m pretty happy. Nobody notices them but me ...
Too delicate
These are too delicate unfortunately. Transporting them 1.5 miles we lost about half of them. They were on clearance and I see why now. Overall we were able to achieve our goal with them but I cannot see purchasing them again in the future.
Broken pieces
I ordered 34 of these and 90% of them were cracked which is making the job so difficult. I also only ordered the straight pieces and I was sent a bunch of corner pieces. I have talked with 4 different Lowe’s employees and no one is able to help me. Super unfortunate because I have the tile guys installing it now and I am trying to remedy the situation.
I will have reglue them all
The pieces fell apart before I got them unwrapped. So they are laying unused in the yard until I can figure out now how to use them

Product was horrible customer service was horrible.. I’m a masonry contractor that never uses Lowe’s for stone. But my customer wanted it so I gave it a try … what a mistake

Great stacked stone, looks great.
The stacked stone is great, looks great. The packaging is terrible though, alot of corners were broken and needed to be returned for unbroken corners, the packaging needs to be rethought out.
check for damage before you buy
I like the product but 50 percent of the tiles were broken. Lowes worked with me to make it right
