Sashco eXact Color 9.5-oz Paint and Trim Multiple Colors Paintable Latex Caulk

Niche product

I don't like it. Working on a fiber cement siding project and manually shaking 60 tubes of a subpar caulk is a nightmare. It runs much thinner than Quad or Quad Max and often has small air bubbles in the bead from having to shake it up. even when I prepared the caulk the day before.

Tintable caulk that works!

Easy to mix, easy to use and easily my go to when I need to save time repairing the caulk along trim such as crown molding or baseboards.

Works but could be better

The idea of the product is excellent. And mostly it worked well, but was definitely more finicky to use than regular caulk. It says add 10-20 ml of paint I believe. Whatever it says, I suggest putting in the least amount of paint possible and the more paint the runnier the final product. I found that adding the thickener did not really make the caulk as thick as I would have liked. So just be careful, especially on vertical surfaces. But otherwise it was great. Color match was dead on and looked...

Just mix it with your paint. It's very easy to use and matches perfectly.

Great caulking/bad bottle.

Excellent product but the caulking oozes out the back when applying with the caulking gun.

Amazing

This product is awesome. As a GC I keep at least a few tubes in the trailer at all times. Like all Sashco products it performs extremely well, and the ability to tint it makes it a huge time saver.
