I'm really disappointed in Lowes. I ordered this item and it arrived promptly as promised. Thank goodness I opened it a few days before I started the work project because the item package was opened and incomplete. I can't believe whoever packed this item for shipment didn't realize the obvious signs of a previously opened and poorly packaged item! I'm returning ti ASAP. Maybe the item is quality, but Lowes' poor customer service never gave them a chance.
