Awful stove
I purchased this stove over 5 years ago, so I know I'm well past my warranty. But this is the worst stove I have ever had. The stovetop is awful. After the first year, it looked as though the finish was coming off. There are areas of the stovetop that look awful. I just dealt with it. But now the front burners are not working properly. This oven is the worst purchase I have ever made! Considering I was replacing appliances that lasted 16 years! I've had the oven for a little over 3 years. Last year right before the holidays in November I had issues with a burning smell. Disappointing Appliance
We have owned this for over 2 years now and there have been countless times I have been frustrated with the product. 1 basic complaint but it impacts the product's daily use. Digital board did not last over a year

Never purchase again!
We had this stove for about 3 years when we started to smell burning metal. It only occurred when we used the oven. Eventually, the oven stopped working and so did the burners. We found out that the wires in the stove were burning and melting off. That was the odor we kept smelling when using the oven. So dangerous! Never buying a Samsung stove again...ever!

Not a reliable brand
I do light cooking and one of the elements are not working it cost more to repair than to replace . Replace with another brand … also had fridge with screen on it and after 4 visits not fixed. Have to find a better brand !stick to making TVs.

Owned for 1.5 years, build quality isn't up to par
It's an alright stove mainly got it because of the value and style it provided. However, that begins to wane when you realize how cheap this appliance was built. The stainless steel is very easy to rust. I know Samsung owns a metal foundry and have the expertise. So, why not at least passivate the stainless pieces before putting it on the machine or coat it with a high temp resistant clearcoat. Great oven, app is not very useful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the stove, but the app’s usefulness is questionable. If we had bought the stove because the app we would be returning it. To use the app while away from the stove you have to set the up on the stove before had, and it stays enabled for a few hours the. Resets. You can send your options to the stove, BUT you have to turn the stove on at the stove. Pretty much useless as a remote app.
