I’ve had this product for about 3 years. Unfortunately, I’m having the same issue the others seem to have. The induction burners just quit working. Now, when I go to turn them on I get a notification in my app saying they’re on, but they aren’t. The lights on the cooktop no longer illuminate and the burners do not work. Disappointed.

Cooktop cracked before use- need replacement
Glass cracked before I even used the cooktop when it was less than 2 months old and I had not even moved in. Warranty department said it was not covered because it did not happen on installation. It still heats up but What part number do I need to replace it? Range is NE63BB861112AA.

Avoid. Dead in less than 2 years
Broke within less than 2 years. And apparently I am not the only one in that situation. The electronics that power the induction coils are inferior and undersized. You might be lucky if you don't use the Power Boost setting often. But if you do, the circuit board is pretty much guaranteed to blow up sooner or later. very fast cooking
