Bought this yesterday. Easy set up but the picture quality is very dark and fuzzy not HD for sure. I called Samsung this morning and they walked me through set up and master reboot . Nothing changed so I will be returning it unfortunately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best TV I've ever owned. If you've never seen OLED before your in a for a real treat. The picture quality is top notch. Blacks are deep and inky. The colors pop off the screen due to the Quantum dots. It gets really bright too...easily visible for daytime viewing. I'm a gamer, this TV has all the bells and whistles when it comes to gaming. HDR, VRR, ALLM, low input lag, game bar, game motion plus....it's all here. It supports...

Do not buy a samsung
I have never left a review like this but it is unbelievable to own a TV for just over a year and have it die overnight without any reason. Seeing so many others share this experience has made me recommend anyone to buy another brand because samsung clearly does not care about building quality products. Like many others, my power supply died 2 months after the one year warranty expired. It is so frustrating to buy a premium device like this for it to die so quickly but this is what i have learned...

Faulty Power board Do not buy.
Power board failure after 8 months. 65” are also affected. Google search for your class and action to sign up. This model should have been pulled and replaced. They’ve known about this issue. Hopefully, someday we will get reimbursed for shady business practices. I’ll never buy Samsung again.

Sound Issues
The thin design and look of the TV are fantastic. The only real issue is that you will be watching at a normal volume and for no apparent reason the volume will increase significantly. It doesn’t matter if you are watching a TV show or a movie. Very frustrating!!! We called and the tech said reboot and it will be fine. Not true we still have issues and now have to use an external sound system to avoid it.

I love the picture
Great TV picture from all angles vivid color. great for sports and movies. Unfortunately I had to have the power board replaced 8 months after purchase. Happy to say it is working well again.
