3rd and likely last samsung

I have loved this dishwasher so much I purchased one in my previous house, one for a family member, and one for my current house. I love how quiet it is, that it can be controlled via Samsung smart things, that it has a third rack, and the end of cycle open and dry function. However, at the 25 month mark I got error codes 4c and PC. I called Samsung and created a ticket, I was told that it would cost $250 just to get the company out to look at the dishwasher, and likely another $200 for repair p...

Cleans very well, easy controls, very quiet!

This works great, has many options and great stacking/loading options, Very quiet too. It will talk to a Samsung phone if enabled (why??)

leaks, doesn't clean well, dishes are never dry

often "forgets" to pop the door open at the end like it's supposed to. things are never fully dry. leaked when it was installed. had Samsung technicians twice. still occasionally leaks. third rack is often seemingly not cleaned at all for some reason. modes are confusing. do not buy

Not Reliable

The drain pump on this dishwasher died at 26 months old. Additionally, the plastic on the front cracked and the moving bar that directs the water spray continually came off its track.

Stopped turnign on within a year

This dishwasher lasted exactly 1 year before it stopped powering on. THe ppliance repair man said that the board had issues. Apparently it is a common issue with this model that the hummidity of the dishwasher gets into the unit and causes the board to malfunction. Long term Samsung appliance buyer, but starting to notice a lot of their units (including fridges) are staring to cause issue within the first year. Time to switch bran.

Frequent early failure.

While the machine is incredibally quite and doea an amazing job washing everything with the exception of the 3rd rack. There is a major flaw that causes frequent early failure. This machine has a waterwall. The waterwall works by jets spraying from the rear of the machine and a deflector that moves forward and backwards driven by a belt much in the same way as some garage door openers operate. Really was expecting better

We've had this dishwasher now for about a year. At the first month mark it seemed to prove it was a great choice for the value, but then we started to have problems with dishes getting clean. Barely out of the first month and we are taking the machine filers apart for a deep clean. We go along into month 2 and same thing happens. Leaks

I've had this dishwasher for 3 years now and have continually had problems with it leaking at the door corners. Samsung sent a repair man out to fix while it was under warranty. Replaced the seal that the door closes against. Fixed the leak for awhile, but started back and caused some slight cabinet damage. Disappointing Cleaning

Not a horrible option but we consistently have issues with the cleaning arm/spinner getting stuck on the dishes below. Seems likely it has to do with the third drawer dropping the clearance on the other shelves.

Amazing at being silent
