the ice and water stopped working just after 6 months. repair guys came 3 times to fix the issue and would break down shortly after. refridgerator has now finally given up and died after 3 years. I never write reviews but i had to on this one. I will never buy samsung products again

Great refrigerator, great ice maker and quick cool
I bought this over 5 years ago and it has worked perfectly. It is quiet, beautiful and no complaints in the functionality of the appliance. The only thing that disappoints me is how easy the door bins crack and how expensive the replacements are as they cost about 100.00 plus shipping each and 2 of mine cracked within the first year and one cant even be used so I have part of the door empty.

Ice Maker issues
I would not recommend this product. The ice maker is very slow and stops working all the time. I have had the refrigerator for 1 1/2 and the ice maker has quite 3 times. I am going to get in touch with Samsung today to see if they can do anything.

I BOUGHT THE SAMSUNG COUNTER-DEPTH REFRIGERATOR WITH ICE MAKER IN THE DOOR 8 YEARS AGO. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BECAUSE IT IS HORRIBLE! I didn't use it every day so maybe that's way it didn't work! If the funnel/flap doesn't close tight, air gets inside and the ice freezes into a block!
