The worst fridge i have ever gotten!!! Only 4 years old and had to have multiple fixes done already. Leaking water about 6 months after purchased, fixed, leaked again then stopped. Filter malfunctions won’t read new filters. Ice is so slow it’s not worth using as well as water. Freezer handle broke off. Multiple shelves broke. Light just went out and it’s $120 for a strip to replace, electrical stopped working for screen, ice maker and water maker, now we need to get that fixed. Makes super loud...

Paint Peeling. Don’t buy if you want for 2+ yrs.

We bought the entire suite of these appliances in black stainless steel. The film or paint, whatever it is, is peeling off on every single appliance. First it peels at the edges, naturally, and without a single cause. Now, after we had a scratch on the front doors, I can’t find the matching black stainless steel paint anywhere. This happened with Samsung’s black stainless steel appliances in my first home. I really should’ve known better. It makes the entire suite look old, peeling, and cheep.

Your product SUCKS! NUMEROUS issues with the ice maker and NOW, the freon went out conveniently 3 months after the 5 year warranty expired! And here's the kicker; NO SAMSUNG QUALIFIED TECHS IN MY STATE! I thought this may have been limited to a Samsung dishwasher I had to replace, but no, it's just Samsung quality, or lack thereof! This has been the worst experience I've had owning a Samsung product. i Purchased this refrigerator in 2021 and sicne the i've had nothing but issues.
