Worst Washing Machine EVER
This is the worst investment we have ever made. It is so loud it literally sounds like a helicopter taking off! It also takes on average five attempts to start it!! It automatically goes in to HOLD mode when you are turning it on and is not easy to get out of this mode. Super annoying and not user friendly

I have a small laundry space and my options were this versus a stacked washer/dryer, and I'm glad I chose this vented all-in-one. The convenience factor can't be understated. So far it is easy to use and clean, and although I am not using all the features, they are easy to explore on the app. For example, I think its cool you can design and save your own cycle settings. The "set it and forget it" concept is so helpful. I can start a wash before I leave for work and come home to dry, clean clot...

I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling. If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine. After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills ...
