Had for 1 year now. I wanted to like this oven. 2 stars because nothing is broken yet. I hate everything else about it. Oven temp is inaccurate, verified by oven thermometer. Touch “screen”? buttons are awful. Timer is too quiet. Induction range is not faster than gas like people claim. You can’t use the smart app to start preheating the oven, which I get for safety but that’s literally the only reason I would want the app. Gordon Ramsey would not go near this thing.

Driver is very nice and easy to talk to. He explained everthing he did. he called to let me know delivery time. He put it together and they brought it in then checked to make sure it all worked. explained how to use. I would refer them to other jobs. Its nice to know he knew how the oven worked and not installing it and leaving without a word. Thank you
Wonderful Range!
Beautiful Induction Range! Looks great! Many great features. Easy to use. No dials. Easy to clean inside and out. I can't beleave how clean the over is after the clean cycle. The instructions say to wipe it out with a clean, dry cloth but there is hardly anything to wipe out.

Poor product quality
I got this stove, my wife was very happy to have it, but after almost six months, the countertops where the cooking is done started to peeling paint I called customer service and they told me they didn't cover that problem. I'm disappointed; all my devices at home are Samsung, and I think it's very poor how they try to keep customers satisfied. (I'm not happy with this problem that they didn't solved)

Induction Cooking is Fantastic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will never switch back to a standard electric range. The induction really lived up to everything I read about it. The cooktop could have 2 large pot spots but I haven't needed it just yet so it's not that bad.
