I purchased the washer and dryer set in Jan 2023. The washer had to be repaired twice since that time, the first time was just outside the 1 year warranty period and the second time 1.5 year later; both times out of pocket repair costs. First, the detergent dispenser housing was leaking and the part was replaced. Second, water leaking inside the machine housing rusted out one of the front shocks, causing the machine to severely vibrate during the spin cycle. Now I worry about what issue will ari...

We bought both the washer and dryer less than a year ago. The washing machine started out okay, but within a few months became so loud it sounds like an airplane is landing in our house. It is absolutely unbearable. The dryer has never dried well from the start. Our old dryer that had rust on it dried better. Damp is as dry as it gets

This product is completely non-intuitive to use. The washer seems to wash clothes alright, though I haven't used it much because the dryer simply does not dry clothes. That said, the bleach compartment for the washer is wedged into the very back of the detergent drawer so that it is nearly impossible to get the bleach container close enough to pour bleach into the compartment without spilling it everywhere.
