Main bearing went out after 16 months

We did love our washer when we first got it. However, 16 month later the main bearing has gone out and we are having to purchase a new washer. Not GFCI compliant with 2023 NEC Code

Purchased this dryer July 2025 for a new home built in the City of Austin, TX. The City requires all new builds to be compliant with the 2023 NEC codes, which also require all dryers be GFCI compliant. This dryer consistently trips our GFCI breaker because the advanced electronics cause nuisance-trips. Each night, even though it isn't in use, it trips the breaker. Energy efficient dryer that comes with some work

Good energy efficient dryer. Must stay on top of cleaning the inner/outer lint filter and bottom filter assembly for it to dry effectively. If not, will just run for hours and you will have damp clothes forever. Doesn't help that the inner/outer lint filter in the dryer is the "Achilles heel" of the entire drying process. Be careful when cleaning it since the inner/outer lint filter cost $200 to replace. Yes... you read that correctly... over $200 for part DC61-05100A and DC61-5099A. Definite...

Great quality and features for a ventless design

Ok for what it is this dryer is awesome. I wanted a ventless solution since I had to move this to a room with no area for venting so I understand the limitations which are not ideal but for what it is, it works great. No compromise efficiency

We’ve had this dryer for about a month and have been thrilled with it. 1) It drys clothes very well. We’ve never had a load come out damp or need to be rerun. The sensors do their job and it just works. 2) It takes a little longer than our old gas dryer. ~90 minutes vs ~70. We usually run it in eco mode which uses just the heat pump with no extra electric heat. Damp is as dry as it gets

This product is completely non-intuitive to use. The washer seems to wash clothes alright, though I haven't used it much because the dryer simply does not dry clothes. That said, the bleach compartment for the washer is wedged into the very back of the detergent drawer so that it is nearly impossible to get the bleach container close enough to pour bleach into the compartment without spilling it everywhere.
