First you have to call their New Jersey repair hotline and are on hold for 15+ minutes but often get kicked off before they answer as their system times out. (I’ve been kicked off the call before they pick up three times now.) On the front 2 burners, when the burner knob is set to high, it barely heats, and when it is set to low, it functions as if it is on high. Samsung sent a repair technician who replaced the temperature regulator, but it did not fix the problem.
