Originally scheduled to be delivered between 2 and 6. At 5:00 time was adjusted to 4 to 8. Delivery time slippage is understandable. Delivery team arrived at 6:30. Delivery workers would not deliver appliances to kitchen. Delivery of appliances was postponed for a day. Totally unacceptable customer service. I love it! I love the clean lines. Not having the ice and water on the door works for me. The beverage center is great! The automatic refilling pitcher is a wonderful feature. I also love that the freezer makes 2 different sizes of ice cubes and comes with a scoop. The capacity is way more than adequate. You can't go wrong with this refrigerator!!!

Horrible Product
I purchased a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator in December of 2022 and the ice maker and freezer stopped working in March of 2026, exactly three months after the 3 year warranty was up. This is a terrible product and I'll never purchase a Samsung appliance again
