[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wish the refrigerator would have been available with the black doors we wanted instead of having to go through the process of getting the door panels sent to us. Also would like to have the door about 4 inches shorter to make opening it eaiser. Ice maker is nice and quiet. Lots of room and nice trays.

Bespoke is Broke Again and Again
We loved the product design and features. However, after 3 years and 3 months, the refrigerator stopped working on New Year's Eve at 6pm. Amazingly, Samsung Care was still answering the phone...they connected via SmartThings and saw the issue. Evaporator assembly. When service showed up, did they bring the part, of course not. When the tech arrived, he ran diagnostics and was gone in 10 minutes. He said he wasn't sure why they didn't send the part out on the truck with him. Today the part...

The deliver was fine but the outlet store dropped the ball and we got the wrong fridge. I have called them and they are working on it. I sounded like, from the person I spoke with that this has happened before. I expect they will fix the problem ASAP. Other than that I have no complaints
