It was a great fridge, but I have been trying to get it fixed under the extended warranty, and the company that is supposed to fix it wants me to pay $400 and have someone come look at it, which I have to find. After I said I couldn't find a certified repairman, they wouldn't reply to me and have ignored me. Samsung is supposed to be reliable, and I also called them, and they said they can't do anything to help. Was stationed twice in Korea and have only Samsung products, but this is disappoint...

Great fridge! Shelves were designed with real people useage in mind. Spacious, flexible, and the interior design is deceptively simple until you start using and wonder how you ever managed. Excellent price point, beverage center is the best, no exterior water filter. Just a door within a door. Open small door, water is cold and in a pitcher that comes with.
