1 year lower washer doesn't work
Order received 01/29/25 died 02/09/26 Lower washer doesn't go into spin cycle and Lowe's extended warranty lost my warranties even though I have receipts purchasing them. Sent my documents to warranty site because they can't find my reference numbers in their system.

We have owned this unit (Flex Washer and Flex Dryer) since July 2023, and over the past two and a half years, it has performed flawlessly. We use both the Flex Washer and Flex Dryer about twice a week (twice each). While the build quality is superb, we’ve found that for larger loads we often have, the ECO dry mode can leave clothes slightly damp, so we always disable it. Stopped HEATING/DRYING after TWO days
I have no clue if I received a defective unit, but our dryer stopped heating after two days of use. It just stopped cold turkey. This was after the delivery company ruined numerous parts of my stairwell, hauling the unit upstairs. If they have to swap them out, I am going to lose my mind.
