It has outlived the first year of a newborn and his parents living home while their home was built along with the everyday demands of a 3 person household. Soooo easy to use and the flexdry is wonderful for small and delicate items. I love this appliance.

love the washer really bad delivery people
The dryer works great so far , but the delivery was a hassle, the men from Louisville ky couldn't speak English and left after they broke off the drain so neither could be hooked up and they didn't tell us that you can't switch the washer door and of course left with out helping us hook up the washer so it was sitting in front of the bathroom door being we are 72 we had a very hard time hooking it up and moving it after we fixed the drain they broke off at the floor I don't recommend lowes for...

Motor is Shot
I’ve had Samsung washer and dryers for past 10 years - even went back after I didn’t like Whirlpool. But man, you all have to fix your warranty or product. The last Samsung Washer I had, the motor went bad after 2-years. Went and purchased this set and the dryer motor is shot after about a year. For the money spent,, I expect more from your product.
