This review has nothing to do with the product its self. This has to do with Lowe's opporations and services. When you buy a gas dryer online. It states 'please go into a store to schedule the dryer installation'. I go into a store and the worker in appliances states that she sees the button to add installation, but she can do nothing with it. She advises me to contact customer service. I call customer service and the representative seems fairly unsure on how to help me set up my installation...

Although a nice looking dryer it has a problem. It has a sensor to shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry. I'll stop and they're still wet so you do another cycle. It'll run for about 5 minutes and shut off again. Still not dry! Tried using the steam cycle, same thing. Shuts off. Only way to use this dryer it to put it on timer so it'll dry the clothes. As of right now I would never tell anyone to buy this dryer. Brand new and it doesn't work at all not even the steam

You clothes will remain wet after three full cycles. Lowe's support will push you off to Samsung support. Samsung support will push you off to an electrician so you can waste more money attempting to get this thing to actually function. Stay away. Stay far, far away.

Purchased this dryer at the end of January! This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I have started reading the reviews in which a lot of people are writing the same review meaning this DRYER DOES NOT DRY. Whether I put in 3 towels or a few baby clothes I have to end up hanging them because after 2-3 times trying the dryer, I’m better off having air dry them hanging on a clothesline. just purchased this dryer from Lowes, and I wish I would've saw all these reviews first, I didn't expect a dryer as Samsung to be so POOR!!!!! why is Lowes selling this item with such horrible reviews. Doesn't Dry Properly

Would Not Recommend

We've had this dryer for 4 days and only used it the pasts 2 days. It does not dry. It will run for an hour on high heat and the clothing is still damp. No matter which setting we use you have to run it for a couple hours to get it to dry and then some things are still damp. Lowes did NOT stand behind this product and refused to help, fix it, replace it. They basically said it's Samsung's problem. Will never buy from them again.
