Egregious, Rude, and Unprofessional Customer Servi

I am writing about the egregious, heinous substandard customer service and disregard I have received from Lowe's Delivery call center whose number is 804-406-6100, the management at Lowe's store located at 4551 S. Laburnum Avenue, Henrico VA (Sandston location), and their delivery company. The Dryer is good although it is noisy. Had to go to the Samsung website to find the users manual. Frustrating that some cycles have fixed settings that can’t be changed manually.

Horrible

Let’s start by saying that while it was working it was great. But 11 months in the belt broke. We’re only a 3 person household and don’t have a ridiculous amount of laundry. Just a normal amount. Luckily it was still under warranty so they fixed it for free. Now we’re 14 months in (warranty expired) and the heating element goes out. Nothing but problems with this dryer. Save yourself some heartache and get a different brand. Never buying Samsung again

Easy to use

I bought a couple of weeks ago and it was definitely worth every penny.

Does not dry

I'm very disappointed with this dryer. It takes at least 2 cycles to fully dry my clothes. There is no dry sensing like it claims. If only run for 1 cycle (1 hour) clothes are still damp. There is no issue with my dryer vent as it was recently cleaned and nothing blocking it. How about stop wasting R&D money for an app and make a dryer that actually works? Great Dryer - We Love It

We love the new dryer - size accommodates our bedcovers and large linens, plus overall capacity is super helpful. The wrinkle guard is an added benefit as well as the options that mirror our Samsung washer we purchased last year

Absolute garbage

I had this dryer for 11 days when it started screeching as it was running. I called Samsung and they said that was normal. Really? If it was normal, why didn't it screech from the beginning? They refused to do anything about it, so now I've got to pay to have it fixed. I got 11 days out of it before I had to stop using it and get it repaired. I wish I could give it zero stars because it doesn't even deserve 1 star and neither does Samsung.

Worse Experience Ever

I can't say if the appliances are good or bad as we've not been able to use them. The installation team came on a Monday. They duct taped the dryer vent to the wall coupling. They failed to instal the steam dryer installation kit and they broke the water valve while installing the washing machine. They yelled, "we finished" from the mud room. So pretty!

I bought a new Samsung washer and dryer and love how pretty they are!! The washer cleans great and plays a tune at the end of the cycle! First time for me to purchase Samsung. Love them!

We bought washer/dryer set 11 Aug. Specially asked Lowes salesperson if set went on sale Labor Day would we get refunded difference. Set did go on sale for Labor Day ($100 cheaper), but Lowes would not refund since it was over 48 hours since purchased. If purchased with Lowes credit card, it was 30 days. Regardless, not happy Lowes salesperson provided incorrect info and Lowes would not honor.
