I have had this range for 1.5 years now. It replaced an older version of the same range, which I absolutely loved. I deeply regret purchasing this range and would give anything to have my old version back. My favorite part of the old range was the dual oven. Unfortunately, this dual oven is horrible. Love the features if it worked properly
We got our first Samsung brand appliance and regret it. First off, you have to let them know within 5 days if you have any issues to be able to return it within their 15 day window. We work odd schedules, so we didn't realize there was a problem until after. The stove top has to be turned up pretty high to cook anything and it still takes a while for completion. Poor service
Bought a Samsung range had it installed. At a camp while under construction 2 year later we moved in notice a odd smell. Had propane lines tested no leaks. Smell didn't go away. 3 years I turn off gas to stove smell is gone. Pond more investigation center burner was leaking called Samsung got the run around. Never will I buy another Samsung product

Best Stove we've bought ever
So far, this oven is a joy to use. Its air fry and convection features are great and the ability to connect to the stove from my phone and start the cooking process is a very handy feature.

Great stove.
