I have propane and my range was converted when installed. However, the range takes 40 minutes to preheat to 350 and cannot reach 450 within 60 minutes. The issue is that the oven vent (near the back burners) releases excessive heat, which results in the oven taking an extended amount of time to preheat. Already throwing error codes/turning on by itself
I purchased this range in the electric version in November of 2024 for my condo. We've enjoyed it, especially having the two separate ovens - eventually finding it was just easier to use convection over the hassle of air frying which was fine. I bought a house in December of 2025 and decided immediately I wanted the gas version. It appears to be a manufacturing defect. After using the oven, within a short period of time, the control knobs begin to burn underneath. This has happened repeatedly we have already replaced the knobs twice, and the issue continues. Additionally, the oven door also had to be replaced by Samsung, which further suggests this is not normal wear and tear but a design or manufacturing flaw. Due to these recurring issues, I would not recommend this stove.

I miss with features
I have an older duo flex oven with the lower drawer is a warmer drawer. I have been wanting to change it for newer features but hate you keep using that lower drawer for storage. I love my current stove and will wait until that lower drawer returns to a warmer drawer for a future purchase. I hope buyers enjoy the duo flex as much as I do.

Do not buy!!!!
Within 6 months of having it the air fryer fan made horrible chattering noise. Within 14 months the flame in top oven stopped working. This is a cheaply constructed product. The only good thing is that I purchased the extended warranty so I could buy a different stove

Great Dual Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven performs very well and the dual-oven functionality is a strong design feature. However, the air-fry mode is only available when the full oven cavity is used, requiring removal of the internal divider. Enabling air-fry operation in the upper oven cavity alone would significantly improve efficiency, reduce preheat time, and better align with the intended flexibility of the dual-cavity system.
