It has special filters andsettings for pet hair which is fantastic! It’s quiet and efficient. I can also tell when it is finished because it is connected to my phone!

Please read before purchasing!
I've only had it 2 weeks and it has ruined 2 articles of clothing already!! I am 5'7 and i have to try to stand on my tip toes to reach into the bottom to reach clothes! I am disabled with neck and back injuries and can not do that all the time I need to use it! ( I can not use a step due to head trauma) I have contacted Lowe's and NO HELP! My husband has contacted SAMSUNG and NO help!!! ( They told him "not to use Tide pods" to use liquid! really!!!) Well with a 14 yr old helping me do our laun...
