Terrible

Constantly gives me 4C and UR codes. And stops working.

Worse machine ever!!

6 yrs old, rusted out at the bleach holder & all underneath by the top 😩. 2nd pump just went out. Not getting it repaired & will never buy again. Only my husband & I live here. I kept the lid open after washing but still rusted terribly.

Awful

Bought in 2018. Big mistake not having an agitator. I cannot get my clothes clean and have not had white clothes in 5 years no matter how much bleach I use Forget getting blood and dirt and stains out even if I pre soak. No matter if I use deep water settings g or regular setting nothing comes clean

Terrible and now dead

Dead at barely 4 years. Had issues with error codes the last year and stop spinning and had to reset multiple times. Or had to outright restart the wash. Samsung makes terrible appliances and now I have to find a new because nothing is ever covered.

Terrible

The machine is only 3 years old and there's only 2 of us in the house. I only do about 3 loads of laundry a week. It doesn't clean very well unless you run it on heavy duty. Now it doesn't work at all! It won't power on. We tried all the trouble shooting suggestions. The outlet is fine. Not only is it not working but every repair company that I called said they won't t service Samsung

Rust

It seems to wash fine but it’s rusting round the bleach container.

Do not waste your money

We have this washer for a little over 4 years, and I have been disappointed from the date of purchase. First Clothes will not come clean, second the water level and spin cycle will not sync. thirdly the rust, it is dangerous when the side compartment for bleach is rusted to the point it breaks off in your washing machine.

my favorite washer to date

I love this washer. It cleans clothes thoroughly, has high capacity, and without an agitator i know my clothes will come out undamaged

Okay but not great

Overall this washing machine functions appropriately. However, for the second time within my ownership, this washing machine has had a terrible leak while using the deep wash cycle. Hopefully Samsung has fixed this issue on newer models. What a pain to have to tear it open and fixed the leaking line.

Expensive junk.

I agree that this is junk. Three years and had to replace the pump only to find out that replacing the pump costs about 60% of the price of the machine.
