Brand new bespoke range has touch control glassfront panel that is designed with front touch controls that are not backlit. Impossible to use range without very bright light to see what you're doing, Bad design! Very disappointed in Samsungs design! What were they thinking! Now i'm stuck with a brand new expensive range that is very difficult to use. I guess we'll have to eat a lot of take out. Unhappy in Jersey. Buy American!

It also has an app that you can download if you want to set a timer for later. It also gives you an alert if you turn the oven or cooktop on.

I purchased this oven approximately 4 months ago. It is absolutely the worst. The cooktop is fine, however, I absolutely dread having to use the oven. It takes forever to preheat and then it doesn't hold the temperature. Food takes more time to cook. If you even take a quick peek to check on your food, the temperature drops 30-40 degrees. It's a disaster when you are baking cookies, as they take a short period of time to bake and then you have to wait till the oven preheats again to put in...

Where's my user manual on how to use the controls?
Where is the user manual that explains how the knobs work, what is the smart control and how is it used, where is the Convection, what to clean the top with etc. I used the top once and the marks from the frying pan won't come off. I used Cerma Bryte cooktop cleaner which is the same thing I used on my other stove top.
