Unreliable Temperature Readings
After about 4 years, the items in the freezer started thawing out, even though the digital readout was still showing around 0 degrees. I put analog thermometers in the freezer and refrigerator and found that the refrigerator temperature was being reported lower than actual as well. I used a multimeter to verify the RTD's were working correctly, and since they were, I bought a new main control board. This did not solve the issue, so it would appear to be an intentional function of the software. C...

Freezer handle busted
Freezer handle the inside mechanism is plastic and snaps off over time . You cannot just buy parts to fix it . Called Samsung and they quoted me almost 500 bucks to ship an entire freezer dooor . What the heck , you have to replace the entire door ! Screw that . Pics show the right side of the handle the gray plastic is cracked . Big piece of junk . I’m so done with garbage

First of all I am a huge Samsung Lover... I bought my refrigerator back in 2019 at Lowes when they were having a sale...
