We've owned this fridge seven years now. Having two ice makers has been a blessing. When we need to travel we can fill a ice chest right from the home and no need to stop for ice. The adjustable shelves allow us to easily move them around to fit anything from a 25# watermelon to 2 liter bottles. I cant give it a five because the moisture settings on the drawers are pretty much ineffectual. Absolute piece of junk
This piece of garbage has been a never-ending disappointment and piece of junk. When I moved into a new house, I bought all new appliances. Everything Samsung including a 60 inch colored television every single one of them has been nothing but problems. They are nothing but box store, cheap junk and you will not get your moneys worth or any satisfaction on the warranties And nobody will work on them.

Bought this refrigerator around 2020. Within the first three years, every shelf on the doors cracked and are now being held with gorilla tape. The crisper door cracked. The entire freezer tray cracked. The icemaker turned into a glacier and we had to remove the icemaker due to so much ice buildup. One Big Freezer Now - Ice & Water Dispenser Broken
Bought this model in 2015. Within 3-4 years the ice dispenser began malfunctioning. This year (2024) water began leaking from some unknown source in the upper part (refrigerator portion). Now (November 2024) the refrigerator temperature regulator has malfunctioned. All of our food is now frozen, no matter how warm we try to set the internal temperature. Ice machine is terrible
We’ve had this fridge about 6 years now and I think it’s already time for a new one. It’s started leaking so I took the whole thing apart to rinse the drain line and that didn’t help like it should’ve. The ice machine also hasn’t worked in YEARS so that’s really the biggest complaint.

Unreliable Fridge.
Don't buy this fridge. We bought ours about 5 years ago and within 2 years the fridge ice maker had stopped working. It freezes over on the inside and is unusable. Every 6 months or so the fridge stops cooling because the coils in the back have iced over and I have to take empty the fridge and take apart the back cover to defrost them with a hair dryer. Adding a defroster and running a forced defrost once a month seems to help, but I still have these problems from time to time.
