replacement part?
fridge is ok. recently one of the shelves on the door fell off and shattered.I have been trying to find a replacement shelf, and I can not seem to find one for this old model #. this tiny fridge has worked ok. but i had to quit using my ice maker so i would have more space in the freezer. I ended up having to buy an etra freezer.

Temperature control concerns
I have been happy with this smaller refrigerator with the top freezer since I got it 5-6 years ago. However, I cannot see how to raise and lower the temperature in either the freezer or the refrigerator. I have explored all websites and cannot find a picture of the controls anywhere. I need to make the freezer colder.

Regarding the purchase of a refrigerator this time, Lowe's delivery personnel delivered it to my home, but they did not help me install it responsibly. They just said perfunctorily that they would not pretend to put things away and leave with this kind of water line. I also took the time to find the parts and then put it together myself.

Customer Service is a Joke
Lowe's installers damaged my fridge during delivery. Lowe's says they "can't" replace it without taking back the one they delivered which means my family would be without a refrigerator for 3 months until a new one comes in. Spoke to people in management and logistics and almost a month later have had no follow up. This might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Absolutely love this fridge. It is fantastic! My only issue is that I have not had the door hinge switched yet as I need to hire someone to do that. But I am very happy with this fridge.

Never buying Samsung agai
I regret buying this fridge and wish I would’ve gone with a different brand. My freezer pools (!) water and the refreezes (at first I thought this was an issue with my water hookup for the freezer but I turned it off months ago and the problem has only gotten worse.) And something I would think would be standard in fridges is apparently not with Samsungs - you are unable to remove the glass panel from the fridge shelf making it impossible to clean. I feel like I paid for a piece of garbage.
