The fan on this microwave sounds like it's from the 90s, it is so loud. You can't just hit the 30 second button you have to find the start button after you hit it. Layout of the screen is not user friendly, have to search and find the buttons you need. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I regret purchasing this item!!! It was defective straight out of the box. I contacted Lowe’s to do an exchange and was told because it had been longer than 48 hours since I picked it up I would have to go through the warranty deposit. I contacted them, they sent a technician out they believe it is the control board so they ordered one but recommended I contact Samsung to get the unit replaced since it was less than 30 days. Samsung refuses to replace it! So lesson learned do not buy appliances...
