Saint-Gobain ADFORS Peel and Seal Driveway Patch 10 Linear feet Asphalt Patch

Peel and Seal driveway patch is great.

Great product just wish I had found it earlier. My driveway has a ton of cracks and I try to keep them repaired. This product appears to be well made and easy to put down. According to reviews it lasts a long time.

Interesting product with some great applications

I got this product in the dead of winter and quickly found out that you really need warm weather to use it properly. The material is thick and will not lie flat from it's roll while in the box, UNLESS it is quite warm outside (like 75 degrees +) . I finally got a warm day and applied it to my driveway. Because it was not really warm enough I did have a few bubbles and kinks that actually were easy to work out once the black material warmed up in the sun. It's adhesieve seems to be quite goo...

Easy way to patch cracks or holes

I thought I'd test this peel and seal on a large crack in a cement slab. It comes in a large roll that is plenty enough to do several quite large potholes. There is a tar type backing that provides adhesion to the surface you're applying the patch to. Think asphalt shingles. The idea is to fill in the hole or crack with something like hot asphalt (or cold.) Tamp it down until packed tight and level to the surrounding area. Not having a tamper handy, I used a 3 lb. hammer. I cut a strip from the ...

Interesting!

Looks like this could work well. It's too cold where I live to install so will have to wait until spring. It looks easy to install. It's thin but feels durable. The only downside I can see is you must fill in the pothole with a cold or hot asphalt mix-- which at this point you could just be finished. This is something you can put on top of that to make it cleaner looking. It also says on instructions you should finish up with a seal coat. I think this could work well for some small areas ...

Use with ease

I'm hoping this patch will hold up but it's very easy to use. We have some crumbling on some places and a crack or two starting. I grabbed my son and headed out as soon as the weather was warmer and we were able to work on the cracks. The product is a little heavy but manageable. I believe we got a nice and tight seal. This is not a thin patch. We did run over it with the car to pack it since we didn't have a roller handy. The only con at the point is how it holds up to the winter weather. I...

Great patch

This patching product arrived well packaged. The product can be easily cut with a sharp knife and sticks well to everything. Make sure you only stick it to your intended surface.

Good sealer

I put this down in our drive way, it seems to be holding up great. It seems to be made pretty heavy duty. So far I really like it. I would recommend this product.

Great patch to seal cracks

My concrete driveway has a lot of surface cracks and moisture is always surfacing around these areas. Even though the Peel and Seal Driveway Patch is primarily designed for asphalt it is also supposed to adhere to concrete. In order to seal the cracks I rolled out the material near the damaged area. It was easy to cut the material to extend beyond the damaged area using a standard box blade. I had a small problem with the release film because it came off the back of the material on its own and g...

Peel and Seal Driveway Patch 10-lin ft Asphalt

I like the product but I can not give it 5 stars until I see how it holds up. I needed to repair my driveway apron and read about Peel and Seal Driveway Patch 10-lin ft Asphalt hoping it would help the asphalt last longer and hold together better. If I understand correctly the Peel and Seal Driveway Patch is to be used over top of asphalt cold/hot patch to help level, adhere and stiffen the asphalt. As I installed, it reminds me of a flat pitch roofing material. The Peel and Seal Driveway Patch ...

Almost Perfect

So the rubber bands it’s shipped with ‘dented’ the material. I let it sit out for a day in heat in hopes it would reform but not so much. Maybe needs more time. Outside of that my only complaint is the thickness. Blessing and a curse. It’s about as thick as a shingle. The good is that this prevents the material from sinking down into the gap but the bad is that it is raised and you notice what looks like a shingle laying in your use area. Now that I got that out of the way, this stuff is Soooo...
