Safavieh Natural Fiber Hampton 2.5-ft x 12-ft Loomed Seagrass Natural/Black Rectangular Indoor Solid Coastal Spot Clean Only Runner rug

Be able to get the product that I ordered

Never received the rug that I ordered. Returned the 1st shipment and reordered my chosen rug only to receive the wrong rug the second time. I gave up trying to get the right rug.

Darker and rougher than it looks on screen

Immediately wrapped it back up and returned it to the store and purchased a low pile rug instead. Overall, the rug was decent, however, be sure to consider your application whe...
