Mine Leak !!!
I installed following instructions, predrilled holes for the 2" screws and had lots of leaks from the screw holes. I think this is because the raised areas where screws are to be placed are flat (and flimsy!) rather than rounded like on Ondura panels which never leaked for me. The panels are so flimsy (thin) that if I tightened screws down to where EPDM washers block water better the panels sink down, probably making leaks worse. At least they look nice but I'd rather have a roof that does no...

Perfect patio roof
This roofing material is perfect for my patio where I have a lot of succulents that doesn't like direct sunlight but at the same time enough light comes through the panels for my plants. Best money ever spent.
