Haven’t put together yet but had same gazebo earlier model before and it was great. The problem was delivery, they left it on driveway blocking my car in garage until I could get help moving a very heavy box. No knock on door to ask if where to leave it. Bad delivery service. Two strong men could only drag it and barely.

Purchased one and loved it until we had a storm. The wind from the storm bent the weighted bar and it snapped. I'm having such a difficult time finding a replacement bar and am not getting any help from Lowe's. Does anybody know how to get in touch with the manufacturer for help? The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I'm feeling like nobody cares after the purchase was made.
