Installers damaged old carpet
The installers did not speak English. This is the first issue. Maybe you should send someone who can communicate with the home owner. They installed the carpet and did a great job aside from how the attached it to the old carpet. I asked them to fix it. They tried to stretch my older carpet and destroyed it. They tried to cover the damage using thresholds. Now my bedroom door doesn’t shut. They sent someone out to fix it a few days later. He confirmed the old rug was destroyed and could not be ...

Don’t trust that the color you see in the store wi
The carpet is very nice and looks great but in my house it looks grey and not brown like it looked in the store. I would have sworn it was not the right color. I took a sample of the carpet installed back to the store and sure enough the color matched. It looks entirely different in my house. I was told at the time I was looking they did not have samples of the carpet to take to my house so I ordered what I saw in the store. I am not happy about this.
