Confirm the correct color
I love the luxurious feel of this carpet under my feet. Just be sure to confirm your color is on all documents and emails from both the store and from the installer. Also confirm the correct color is on the role before they install it.

Expect long delays
The rug itself looks great, installers were great, I would definitely use them again for home improvement. Lowe’s, not so much. Took a long time for carpet to get to Lowe’s, it was unraveling. So the order was sent back. Weeks went by and nothing happened. I had to go to the store itself to see what the holdup was. They had to cancel the order, then re- order.
