It’s gorgeous, so soft, and the Outrigger color is a soft, light warm gray. I have a seam in the carpet, and you can’t see it. Dirt Shows up Easily

We are clean people, but the stains and dirt show up fast. I would not purchase this again and wish we hadn't chosen this at all. We had our previous carpet for 20 years. (different brand) We have had this carpet less than 6 months, and we clean it and the dirt seems to be enhanced even more. The carpet had a combined retail value of $5,700 (Carpet/Padding/Installation). RUN AWAY

DO NOT buy this product. We purchased from Lowe’s and what a mistake. The seams are noticeable, even after the installers came out to repair. Odors and stains (even just mud!) do NOT come out with a home carpet cleaner. We contacted Lowe’s several times after installation to tell them we were not satisfied with the product and we wanted something different (they are supposed to offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for carpet) and they are unwilling to help! installation issues

purchased this with the understanding it would take a 2-5 days to arrive and be installed within 2 weeks after that. Long story short it took over two weeks to arrive an install is not going to be for another month. Would nave never purchased knowing that as it is delaying a move. Timing was gone over during purchase. Installation company is next to impossible to get ahold of and not very accommodating. Lowes should train their staff better to know true timing of installation. Best of Breed III - Super Soft

We love the color and softness. Don't go cheap on the pad. Get the middle or top end pad. Only issue is it shows indentations such as your foot prints, pet prints, robotic vacuum, etc. Might have gone with another had we known, but I'm not going to ding it a star for that. New carpet installation.

The installation went extremely well. The installer showed up on time. Explained what he was going to do, and he did it. He removed the old carpet and padding. Once he finiahsd the installation, he vacuumed the rug. Overall, we are very happy. Grrat job 4 Seasons.

The product is fine but it was not cut the way we wanted it cut for stair widths even tho we specifically put that request in our order

New Carpet with Awesome Installers

We really enjoyed how quickly the carpet was installed and how professional each worker was on site. The carpet and padding turned out to be perfect! Both workers who installed the carpet helped move and rearrange my furniture how I wanted the room to look when completed. Very nice and respectful team! Would love to have them come back and install again.
