This was not a good install experience and I do not feel I got what I was sold or what I paid for. I signed contracts on February 9th with the understanding that we would proceed within 6-10 business days. Immediately there were back orders and no options to switch to an in stock alternative without paying a 15% restocking fee. NOT WORTH THE MONEY IF YOU HAVE PETS
I purchased this rug for my living room and had it installed in April of 2024. It cost me $2400 and within the first two days there were pulls in the rug from the dog. I bought the petProtect line on purpose thinking it would stand up to regular dog traffic. If your pet stops suddenly and changes direction its nails will pull up some rug.
