Poor Quality Material

The quality of this flooring is not good. I thought I was getting a good deal on some discontinued flooring... but I think the quality of the product is why it was reduced for clearing.... The installers had very difficult time with the product. It chips super easily and was hard to get cut and fit in place..... I am super sad as I just wasted over $500 dollars and can't afford to do this over......

Beautiful color - stains easily though

Loved this flooring. Bought the Lafayette Chestnut color. Had the perfect blend of blond, cream and brown, with a hint of gray. Nothing bold and drastic but enough contrast to have a muted pattern. Most of the planks still look good a year and a half later. But the planks by the back patio door are stained from people walking in from the backyard. This floor goes down with an attitude, but worth the trouble. I would recommend you buy the install block and the tool that puts the last piece in by the wall. I have installed click and lock before but this is different. It would have saved me a lot of swearing if I had bought those tools. Never the less it's down now and for a 69 year old doing this by myself, I think I did a good job. The weather has been enough of a yo-yo that I can see the planks will stay in place. Appreciated knowledgeable staff in that department. Helped me to understand exactly what I needed, price and under coating stuff that I should use.

Very bad

It is heavy material but too weak at the same ti.me. It killed too of my saw disc, material is mixed with so.e kind of metal. Skin of the laminate is too weak, when you try to join the laminate, skin sometime spells. Do no recommend 😕

Over one hour to pick up one pallet of flooring.

I arrived at Lowes in Hot Spring at 10:15 am. I went inside to customer pickup, signed in to Kiosk for pickup and joined another man in line. After about 10 minutes, a customer service associate came to "check us in again" and about 3 other customers arrived with this one associate attempting to help. Avoid this flooring

We loved the look of this flooring and I hadnt used Stainmaster flooring prior to this. Just to preface here, I have installed many floor prior from laminate, LVP and hardwood. I started the update for my boys room and set everything up like normal. Cut the starter, set up spacers and ran the entire first row.
