Easily damaged.
The tongue/groove are easily damaged. Yes, we were using the proper tools to install. It did match up to the Mohawk flooring we ran out of, so I will give point to that.

Great flooring, but not as easy to install as suggested in directions. Using the tools to tighten the connections is the trick, and allow enough time to align each plank.
