Found this in lieu of actual ceramic tile
Priced right. Color right. Easily cut for baseboard around a vanity. Better value, and easier to apply than ceramic tile.

Focus on you seems being stuck down
Easy to use for project and has held up well for over a year. We used the on fiber board & mdf to make chair mats for rolling office chairs. The tiles have held up so well after a year of daily use that we made one more to use in our guest room so our family can work from there if they need to when visiting.
