gaps in joint, refusing warranty claim

The short edge started getting gaps and they have grown over the years to state where I need a whole new floor. Tried to file a warranty claim but they keep asking for more and more paperwork and pictures from all angles trying to increase friction and avoid paying the claim. Don't buy this product. Don't buy this brand. See other reviews. Most of the good reviews are from the day of installation when everything looks awesome.

Horrible product

Only 3 years old in a basement . Within 6 months edges popped up . My son has an office chair and desk that he uses . The floor is all worn and cracked in that area where the chair rolls. So much for luxury vinyl! Looks like crap. Terrible product . Do not use Stainmaster product - period .

It shrinks

I bought this floor done everything exactly as the package says I’ll let it sit in the house for over a week I laid it correctly I just said and this floor has done a bush drink

i wish i could give this 0 stars. This was put in my entire house in sept 2018 over a very nice subfloor, now its sept 2021 and i am going to have to re-floor my entire house. in all the high traffic areas (kitchen hall ect) the end where it overlaps is turning up and breaking off! poor quality!!! i had 2 flooring installers look at it and they both said it was bad flooring!i contacted stainmaster's customer service and of coarse i find out it has a one year warranty thats it! i am sick, if you ...

Just what I was looking for

I bought my house in 2011 and it took me until 2018 to find what I was looking for. Love, love my flooring.

Love it! 3 dogs, 2 cats, young child

Very busy household and this is standing up fantastically. 2 big dogs, one medium dog, 2 cats and my grandson haven't been able to damage this floor at all. We've dragged heavy antiques and other furniture across this and you would never know. Steam mop cleanings and a broom take any marks out.

Looked great for 6 months

Have owned rental property for over 20 yrs. Have installed most of the flooring in them & our own homes ourselves. This is the only plank flooring that has ever come apart. After 6 mos. it began to pull apart on the ends & side seams, especially in colder weather. Reached out to stain master & they said after looking at a phone pic that we nailed the shoe mounding to the floor. Hard to do since it was concrete slab. Run! Do not walk away from this product

Unfortunately there is not something less than 1 star. Do not ever buy StainMaster products!! I have 1300 sq ft of Washed Oak that I bought and had installed 3 years ago. The boards are pulling apart from the long and short sides of adjacent boards throughout the main area of the house. Here is the kicker - StainMaster only warrants their LVP for ONE YEAR on manufacturer's defects. So now I have to eat the entire bill to replace this disgusting product to the tune of $7000+. great floors but completely discontinued

We used these floors for our kitchen/bathroom and were going ti start doing our living room to match but its been discontinued and now we’re stuck and might have to rip it out to replace it with something we can match. Great floors otherwise

Terrible

I purchased this product in March and had it installed by a friend that is a professional.It looked great at first, but with in 2 months the short sides started separating. I called the manufacturer who had a "Specialist" tell me to go to the edge and try to force it back together. Almost every row in my living room is separating.
