Great product, has plenty of power, compact in size, and really gets the job done.

A good quality all around Drill

My first use of this drill was in punching 1/4" holes 3" deep in 70-year-old concrete, as shown in the attach photo. I highly recommend frequently cooling bits when using the hammer mode in hard concrete, or just running water over the hole if possible. Be patient when drilling small holes in hard material. For softer material like brick and stucco to punching right through them like butter. I drilled these holes to secure forms for a repair job on existing concrete steps. The chuck is auto-lock...

Great combo of ways to use the drill & kit.

The hammer drill worked very well until I used in an old concrete house foundation. It literally took 3 hours to drill 8, 1/4" holes, 21/4 inches deep.

Does the job... eventually

I don't know how much we should expect from a cordless hammer drill, truthfully. This did indeed get me through the holes I needed to make to anchor a handrail in the concrete of my porch steps. However, with a brand new carbide-tip masonry bit, it took three battery charges to get me to the required depth for all the holes needed. I also couldn't get all four holes in brick to anchor a flagpole mount on one charge. Yes, it does the job, and does it conveniently without a cord. But don't expect ...

Skill 20 volt 1/2 inch hammer drill.

So far so good. I like the power and performance so far. I am a little concerned with the Chuck as to whether it will hold up. It doesn't seem real strong.

It's very good value for the performance, power, and bit kit that it comes with. I wish more drills came with bits.
