We really love the Sink but some how cracked after 2 weeks. I made sure to tighten the basket with my hand. I had placed support on both sides by framing 2 x 4. I will have to order a new one and replumb after removing. I will attempt to return to the store.

This item was delivered broken, I now have to order again (which I have done) and restart the process. I was very disappointed when I called customer service and they did not really help me. Hopefully this one will be delivered in one piece. I am usually very happy with the service I got. By the way it was delivered by UPS, the replacement is going to be delivered by Lowes.

DO NOT USE LOWES VIRTUAL DESIGN
I ordered this product from the virtual design program in early January. Was promised to be picked up in the store on Feburary 19th. Checked in 2-3 times and they said it would be ready on that date. Never heard anything about it. After calling the store twice on the 19th (the day it was ready) they said they do not have this product and they would have to refund me so I can order a new one.

Great product
Perfect size and love the clean lines. The white color looked dingy in the box, maybe because I first saw it against the super white styrofoam packaging but it is a nice crisp white outside the box as advertised. Easy to install in a granite countertop as an in our preexisting cabinet. The only drawback is that we had to buy the protective bottom rack separately and they’re pricey!

The sink looks wonderful. It did however arrive chipped. We didn’t have the opportunity to return it and it was installed chipped. Trying to just be happy and not look at the chipped area.
