Overall good value
I bought this a week ago and glad I did. It was very straightforward to setup and cooled down my small room in minutes. Only draw back from I've experienced is that it is a little noisy. Also, not using the hose on humid days (even in just AC mode) will fill the reservoir quickly and automatically shut down the unit until it's drained.

Cools the room quickly!
Very compact, easy to use, and cools the room down quickly. The window attachments for venting worked well in our slider windows.
The price was right but its not perfect
Perfect for what we needed: more affordable portable AC unit. We needed a portable AC unit for our 2nd floor bedroom and this was much better than a window unit. It is smaller profile, which is good for the small bedroom we are using it in. CONS: the exahust hose is cheap. We have a Black & Decker, larger portable AC unit elsewhere in the house and you can definitely tell a quality difference on the exhaust hose. It will make the room a meat locker!
Its a great product and it definitely does it's job keeping the area cool! The unit is a little tricky and it apparently dehumidifies WHILE its running on cool mode. But that is an easy work around and it doesn't dehumidify as much as the actual mode does. Just plug in the drain valve and stick it into a big gallon jug and you're good to go on cool mode! Keeps my office with 3 monitors, a gaming PC and led tv nice and cold!

I'm very happy with this portable AC unit. The setup was surprisingly easy, and everything needed for installation was included in the box. It cooled my bedroom quickly and keeps the room comfortable even during hot afternoons.
