Fridge arrived as expected but had a significant ding in the upper side of it, enough to puncture the metal siding. Luckily it was still functional but of course trying to contact Lowes support is basically impossible. And now that it's out of stock I can't return it and get another. Fridge does fridge things.

Great product but Lowe’s poor customer service
The fridge is nice. However it came with scratches on the door from shipping and I called Lowe’s and was told it had to be returned within 48 hours. I had purchased as a gift so did not open it. Needless to say will not be back to Lowe’s.

Product came damaged from delivery when I took it out of the box on Christmas eve, only had48 hr. to return and they counted Christmas day, when they weren't even open. Got no refund or help from customer service. Still working but product upper right back corner is dented in.

Perfect size for smaller space
Refrigerator was just the right size for the space we had available. It works great for extra drinks and storage space. Controls are easy to use, setup is easy. Price point was a plus since other refrigerators in this size were double the price at around $400.
