Pump Failure Less Than 8hrs

I purchased this unit at Lowes in June 2025, almost $600. I thought it was a good brand but the pump failed at less than 8 hours of use. It failed in December 2025. Good Power Washer

I have used the power washer once. It was hard to get started. Then I added a bit more oil, and it fired up after two pulls. It ran well and had good power. But then my hose hit something hot on the engine and burst, and that was the end of power washing for the day. Great pressure washer

This is my second Simpson pressure washer. I hope it is as good as the last one which im only replacing due to honda engine issue, pump still works good on it but the decompression mechanism in the cam failed which makes it hard to start. Love this machine!

I purchased this machine yesterday. Had it put together and running in about 20 minutes. First pull, first start! Ran it hard all day today cleaning up a very dirty concrete driveway with no issues. My only critique would be the cradles for holding the wand and the hose. Otherwise I'm looking forward to using the machine for a long time.

Durable light weight pressure washer

I recently purchased the Simpson pro series 3500. The unit has been working flawlessly. It starts right up, usually on the first pull and has excellent flow. I've been using a sandblasting attachment to remove the old paint on my sailboat. The output pressure and water flow on the washer works well with the setup. I'm removing paint in record time. I also like that it is compact in size and relatively light weight which makes it easy to lift and put inside my jeep.

After the quick assembly, I gave it a brief test run on my driveway, and it immediately impressed me with its power. I then moved on to my border stones, which I had honestly forgotten were red, they had become so covered in grime they looked nearly black! The pressure washer restored them to their original color with ease. Next, the vinyl siding on my house, which was covered in bugs, spiderwebs, and mildew. I've owned several other brands and have been disgusted with quality. The unit seems well built and sturdy, I've already used my Simpson almost 10 hrs with nothing coming loose and running great! Give this brand a shot on your next purchase.

Plenty of power to tackle any job

If you want a good pressure washer that can handle the toughest jobs, then you’ll need one with higher pressures and also one that pushes a lot of water. This model absolutely provides both. I’ve owned various pressure washers for over 40 years, and if want to do some serious cleaning then you need a serious machine. Powereful Machine does the job!

I just used this power washer for the first time today. It was easy to use and did an amazing job of cleaning my concrete hot tub pad. The only thing I would recommend is that the instructions should include directions on how to use the pump pressure adjustment. I would recommend setting the knob over to (-) minus.
