broken supply line

Ordered the toilet and had it shipped to store. Picked it up and noticed that the box was damaged. I opened the box in front of the employee and couldn't see any damage to the outside of the toilet. After taking it home I found the plastic elbow fitting that connects the supply line to the pump was snapped off. I wasn't surprised though, Lowe's shipping ( to home and store) is HORRIBLE. supply line issue

Great product for tight spaces. LOVE the fact that it's a 1 inch discharge line. The only problem I noticed was the water supply line. The use of a 3/8 ferret seems to be outdated with almost all toilet supply lines now being the neoprene compression washer type. Also, the supply line could have been braided stainless but time will tell

Hookup not as it should be

Nice unit, but loose ends were apparent as water supply hose came with some odd size half inch nipple on one end. Supposedly it was for compression type fitting with ferrel ring. Well, it must be some metric size because the supposed 3/8 fitting was to small. Lowes couldn't plumb this thing at all. Had to use a new hose assembly instead of cutting the hose off and sticking in a barb type fitting. Musta been one that belonged in France or some European country with metric measures. Saniflo Compact is not well made

Read reviews prior to purchase and saw some comments about cheap pipes and broken on arrival. While very well packaged, the unit arrived with a broken pipe. Upon looking closely at design, became worried about how the unit would perform in the future. We decided to purchase Saniflo Saniaccess2. That unit looks much better, even though it is three pieces versus one and a slightly larger footprint. We feel that it was a better purchase than the Compact.

Ridiculously bad installation guide.

Worthless installation guide. Oh, just connect the water yeah? Oh right, you guys use a compression fitting that almost no other toilet uses. And you couldn’t thing of including a brass ring that costs like 10 cents? Or documentation that actually explains all this?

Saniflocompact4 toilet failed to initalize

Installed the Saniflocompact4 toilet and it did not work out of the box. Total fail!. Cost me huge headache and some financial loss. I am not happy.

Defective. Told the defect happens often.

Comes with defective waterline. Company says they will email forms to get a correct one. Email never comes. Still cant use this thing.
