However, with one drain in the center - the pitch isn’t high enough and food particles do not ri se away easily. I like the single bowl style but now I’m wondering f if the two drains would have worked better. Esthetically, it might look awkward though. I love the extra drains and racks that come with it but would like the drain to be able to stay open with the other items all fitting in better...
